Hi, and Welcome to Wendy Thibodeau Photography! I work with all kinds of creative couples, from those who love to travel and are adventurous to those who love to be homebodies with their pets. Maybe you’re a mix of both? I just love to creatively capture my couples being exactly who they are. Although I am located in the charming pines of Michigan, my services are not limited to the Great Lakes State. I love to travel to photograph my beautiful clients.

Connection and being seen. This is your day to celebrate and I am here for it! Every wedding has a different dynamic, some are close to home and some are across the country. Gallery delivery usually takes between 4-8 weeks. All galleries are hosted with Pic-Time for ordering prints and products within your gallery. You can now create your own Wedding Album with Miller’s Printing Lab right from your gallery!

FAQs

1. Q: Do you travel? A: ABSOLUTELY. I am ready for an adventure, always.

2. Q: Do you recommend a 2nd photographer? A: It depends on what your vision is or the dynamic of our day.

3. Q: How do we receive our photos? A: You will receive an email from me via Pic-time, it is a private gallery with full high resolution, downloadable images.

4. Q: How many images will we receive? A: I give about 100 images per hour.

5. Q: How long until I receive my sneak peeks? A : I give sneak peeks of your wedding day within a week of the wedding, and it is usually large.

6. Q: How long until I receive my full wedding gallery? A: Turn around for entire galleries are usually 4-6 weeks, depending on what part of the season we are in.

7. Q: We don’t need the engagement session, does this change the pricing? A: We can either add that hour onto the wedding day or I will take $200 off the collection.

8. Q. What do you require to book? A. I require our official contract filled out and signed and a 50% non refundable retainer.

9. Q. When is the balance due? A. Your balance is due 30 days before your date.

Communication and Contact!

I love details and to help my couples build out a tentative timeline in our consultation. This will help to see how many hours of coverage we need together, or if we need to add anything to the signature collection.

After booking, I will keep in contact along the months leading up to your wedding day but I also love to hear your excitement or thoughts, feel free to message me anytime! We will review our final timeline a month prior to your Wedding Day!

Travel

Who wants to travel?! I do! I do!! Every wedding has a different dynamic, some are close to home and some are across the country. If close to home aka Michigan, I charge $.65 a mile after the first 20 miles from Port Huron, Mi. If 3 hours or more away, I require lodging the evening before the wedding and the evening of the wedding. Lodging fee is $400 for Michigan weddings.

Out of state weddings require a plane ticket or the mileage( if I can drive there!) and lodging, lodging fee subject to the location ( I do love airbnb!)

Staying close to home, or a courthouse elopement- $500 per hour plus mileage if over 20 miles from Port Huron, Mi.

 Elopements are casual intimate ceremonies, that may or may not include family/friends, They can be extensive in planning or simple. They could be adventurous on the side of a mountain or in a backyard but the commonality is the size, like under 10 people or just the couple.
